    Hello @sandeepkuamr,

We have reviewed the issue but did not find any problems on our side (please see the attached screenshots in the private content). It appears that you accessed the site using a built-in browser from Instagram or another application. Could you please test the issue using Safari or Chrome instead?

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Even after two days, Chrome is still rendering the page incorrectly. We can temporarily fix it by manually changing some data on the page and saving it — it looks fine after that. But after about three days, the issue reappears in both Chrome and Safari.

    Hello @sandeepkuamr,

We have previously attached screenshots showing that all pages are displayed correctly. Could you please check the issue from another device? Additionally, we recommend asking your hosting provider to create a staging website for testing purposes using a default theme such as Storefront.

Based on our review, this issue does not appear to be related to our theme, as the content on your pages includes a mix of default Elementor widgets and our theme’s elements. If you are using a CDN (for example, Hostinger CDN) or any other type of caching on your website, we suggest temporarily disabling it.

Furthermore, if you are using multiple page builders, such as both Elementor and WPBakery, this may cause conflicts and slow down your website, as these plugins perform similar functions. We recommend keeping only one page builder active.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
