Shop page is not editable in elementor getting error while editing

I am unable to open shop page using elementor. I want to create new product page similar to shop page having filter on left side and products on right side

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

We have noticed that you have not yet attached the wp-admin access to your website, which prevents us from checking the issue directly. However, we can suggest the following steps:

1. Open the Elements Manager section under Elementor.
2. Scan for the widgets in use and disable any inactive ones.
3. Check if you are then able to open the page editor.
