Shop page is blank from time to time - by GBLLAB

Hi!

I have issue when shop page is shown blank (only header is displayed – no text content and products). I know that it can be hotfixed with permalinks refresh, but i’m really tired to do that and i’m sure i’m loosing some amount of customers on this page behavior.

I made some tests and managed, that most likely it is woocommerce/wpml and xstore conflict, but i’m not able to manage out how to solve problem. Woo and wpml are up to date, btw.

What is interesting – when the english version of shop page is down german version is up and running.

Looking for solution, any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Do you have this problem with our theme only or with a default theme too? We are theme support and we are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme.
If the problem occurs with our only with our theme, provide us with temporary wp-admin access, please.

I’m facing thise issue first time with xstore theme.
I see IDStore have same problem

Hello,

If you see the header only and the rest of the page is blank then probably some fatal error appeared. Fix depends on what error appears there. So, enable WP debug and check what error do you have there, let us know.
Problem in that thread was related to compatibility of WC plugin update and IDStore theme. I don’t think that this is the reason in your case.
If the error is related to our theme then we’ll be able to help you.

Hello,

1) Notices should not cause the blank page. Do you have these notices only when the blank page appears?
2) Notices related to WooCommerce plugin files. It’s not related to our theme.
