    What is the best method for customizing the page ?

    Hello,

    Those blocks were added with element “Single Image” in Visual Composer editor.
    Try to add it to your page.

    For the shop page, there is a banner there, how do I change that banner in the Shop page?

    Hello cmo140,

    shop page banner can be set in Dashboard > Theme options > Shop > Product Page Banner.
