  Hi,

  I’m trying to add a shop banner to my category pages, but nothing seems to make it appear. It has worked in the past though.
  Working from a child theme. Could you please have a look?

  Also, switching off “open filter by default” does nothing; filter keeps visible.

  Please let me know if you need FTP access (login credentials should still be active for you guys)

  Hello,

  1) I don’t see a problem with the shop banner area, it’s displayed http://prntscr.com/sbf2m5
  2) Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove any widget (even empty) from the Filters widget area.
