"Shop Page Banner Content" not working

Hello.

Some resource is working in Products Pages… I’m adding some Widgets and the “Shop Page Banner Content” and it simply appear in all shop pages.
Would you help me?

Hello,

1) Your site is not available http://prntscr.com/ul6e0h So, we can’t check it.
2) Shop Page Banner Content is an area that appears on the shop page above the products http://prntscr.com/ul6f4y
Don’t you want to show it there or what? Could you, please, clarify your question in more detail?
