    Hello,
I’ve started introducing Xstore to our production website, however there’s one issue that didn’t happen on staging. Whenever I try to go to the Shop page, no products or filters get displayed and browser tab hangs shortly after. The same thing happens when I try to go into any product category, even an empty one.

I have all caching plugins disabled.

    Why is it happening?

    Best regards

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.

We are currently unable to access your admin panel, please check the following screenshot – https://gyazo.com/dbe6cdc6bc10f7410dcfb7ecc0e00065

Please make sure that your production website uses the same theme version, child theme, and plugin versions as your staging environment. Also, clear any server-side cache or CDN cache that might still be active even if caching plugins are disabled.

If the issue persists, please try temporarily switching to the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and disabling all third-party plugins except WooCommerce to check if the problem is related to a plugin conflict. After that, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the cause.

Write to your hosting provider and ask what they can do in this case on their part. If so, please provide the server logs, they may contain useful information to determine the cause of the problem.

    Let us know the results.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I’ve disabled cloudflare rules that were blocking you.

Everything is up to date on both instances.

I’m my own hosting as the website is being hosted on a dedicated server. Issue is happening only with Xstore, store was previously using Flatsome without any issues.

In apache error logs there’s only one PHP warning unrelated to this issue: “PHP Warning: Constant WC_TS_EASY_INTEGRATION_ENCRYPTION_KEY already defined in wp-config.php on line 108

    Best regards

    Hello,

Could you please assist us in disabling all tracking scripts (such as Google, Facebook, etc.)?

We would also appreciate it if you could allow us to disable all third-party plugins for testing purposes.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,

    Hello,
I’ve figured out the cause. Query Monitor plugin is making the website unable to load. Disabling it fixes the issue.

    Best regards,
