Shop not working - by ancabontea - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    We discovered recently that our shop layout is not looking as it should.

    1. the layout of the shop is not displaying properly: it suppose to show the products on 3 column grid;
    2. on the checkout page, the page is freezing, the customers are unable to process the payment, see attached the photos.

    Hello,

    Did you change wp-admin panel credentials that you provided previously? We can’t log in.
    Please provide us with correct login details.

    I think the latest version of YITH wishlist is 2.0.3. They just updated it this past week.

    Good morning,

    Thank you for the advice, it sort out the problem with the layout, which was a mess.
    In regards to the shop, the checkout button is missing see attached the photos:
    missing button on Legenda theme
    checkout button on the checkout page when activating other theme
    The Wishlist I never used and so far the shop worked.

    Hi, I tried to update the plugin Woocommerce and did not work.
    The only option I have is to delete it and upload the new version. I am afraid if I would do this, I might lose the shop setup.
    Could you please advise which is the best option?

    Hello,

    I’ve updated WordPress and Woocommerce to the latest versions.
    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    #payment {
        background-color: #151515 !important;
    }

    After that check your site.

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.
