Can you please provide more evidence or proof that the root cause is by WPML not your theme?

Since it getting complicated, I do buy the support from your theme because I expected something more helpful than just re-direct me to find a solution by myself from the plugin that you mentioned in your sale page that it’s compatible.

    Please

    Hello,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to confirm that XStore is fully compatible with WPML. However, please note that we are not the authors of this plugin.

We understand your frustration regarding our previous response and genuinely wish to assist you. Therefore, we recommend contacting the plugin’s author for more specialized support.

To further investigate the issue related to the translation of the Shop page, you may activate a different theme (default WooCommerce theme – Storefront) on your site to see if the same problem persists. This can help determine whether the issue is specifically related to our theme or not.

Additionally, we have noticed some critical errors that might be contributing to your current issue. You can review these errors under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal Errors. For a detailed view, please visit: https://prnt.sc/XwOMP_TD5KV0 . We advise reaching out to the respective plugin author for further assistance with these errors.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
