and this problem raised after I imported HomeDecor shop version. Changed filters. Tried to modify XforWoocommerce filter and ThemifyFilter in combination with enclosed 8theme filters. After that in XStore customize area, ShopLayoutEdit, ShopFilter edit possibility lost. I tried database reset over and over and after 12 registration by purchase key of this theme there was no way to register it again!!!!. Now is my theme is reseted and without imported demo and without chance to import any shop nor HomeDecor shop. So now I do not have access to purchased theme, bacause purchased key is not working now. I don’t know why when I purchased theme.

    Hello,

I checked your code but don’t see problem with activation.
If you use third-party plugins for the filter you should disable XStore Ajax filter option.
If you need help with the demo content installation provide us with Wp Dashboard access to your site and we’ll help you.

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page filters > Ajax Product Filters > off.

    Hello,

If you use third-party plugins for the Ajax filtering and there plugins come with Ajax option you won’t lose it. When you disable the Ajax Product Filters option in theme settings you disable the built-in functionality but it does not affect the third-party plugins.

    Regards
