Hi, its gone again pls help fix permanent😁
Any news? Greetings
Hello, Marketingmachine,
Hi, have you tried opening the page in different browsers? We currently do not see any issues with products disappearing. If possible, please send us a video demonstrating the problem.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Hi, you can’t see the issue because I fixed it by resetting the shop page. But tomorrow it will be gone again.
I have tried different phones/computers, the problem is on all devices
I have send 2 pdf’s 1 how its supossed to look, the other when the problem shows itself
Do you have any updates maybe?
We have noticed that either on your side or ours, a cached version of the store page is being displayed. In the version we currently see, there is no option to select how many products to display. Please clear or temporarily disable the server cache and CDN (if applicable).

Hello, Marketingmachine,
Could you please let us know which temporary fix you are using, as well as what steps you are taking to temporarily resolve the issue?

login wp admin, go to woocommerce settings -> products -> then i reasign the shop page then the products are back
Hello,
Here are some practical steps we would recommend:
1/ Resave Permalinks:
Go to Settings → Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and click “Save Changes” without making any modifications. This will flush and regenerate the rewrite rules, which often resolves 404 errors or disappearing pages.
2/ Check Theme and Plugin Updates:
Make sure your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.
Also, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check if the Shop page works. Reactivate plugins one by one to identify if one of them is causing a conflict.
3/ Review Server Error Logs:
Access your hosting control panel or FTP and check your server’s error_log file. This can provide more insight into what might be breaking the Shop page. Look for repeated errors or anything related to WooCommerce, your theme, or core WordPress files.
4/ Clear Cache (Browser and Site):
Clear your browser cache and also the cache from any caching plugins (e.g., WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache). If you use a CDN (like Cloudflare), purge the cache there too.
5/ Check Hosting Environment:
Sometimes server configurations (PHP version, memory limits, etc.) can affect WordPress functionality. Make sure your hosting environment meets WooCommerce requirements (PHP 7.4 or higher, MySQL 5.6+, etc.).
If none of these steps help, reach out to your hosting provider or Woocommerce support team https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ with as much detail as possible, including error messages, steps to reproduce the issue, and recent changes made to the site.

could it be this? Your theme (Xstore child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.
i have this notification
Hello, Marketingmachine,
Hi, yes, that may be the reason. We kindly ask you to update the files so that they correspond to the latest version of WooCommerce
