Shop Filters on mobile - by Namaste - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I am trying to set up filter on my Shop Page. On preview in the Mobile Panel Dashboard it is looking good with filters icon on the left, nicely expanding in the same way as menu does. On the device it is not the same – filters are just listed below products. No icon, no expanding.

Hello,

1) Do you have a server cache or CDN? Try to clear all cache and check then.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
2) Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout > Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile > Off

Ad 1 – CDN and cache cleared. No change. access in PC

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile > choose the Bottom > Save settings, after that choose Off-canvas again and Save settings. Clear plugin and CDN cache and check if the filter icon appears after that.
