Hello. I am trying to display a product grid but the basic WooCommerce filter is not showing correctly and it looks like the two blue buttons to remove these filters in Elementor are not working.

I tried to use Elementor Pro templates to customize my product and category pages.

I want the store page containing the level 1 categories to display in a personalized way. I will now like to define a specific display to display a product grid (the same for all product categories)

The display of the “Shop” page is currently suitable for me: https://test.greennature.fr/boutique/
but the display of the products is not correct when clicking on the categories. The filter is displayed incorrectly and the “add to card” buttons of the products are not aligned. It seems that there is an incompatibility with your theme? Do you have a solution for me? I agree to use another component if needed.

For example, I like the layout of the JetWoo product Grid component but I can’t seem to use it in the site. Do you know if it is compatible with XStore?

I also noticed that the breadcrumb trail does not work. I thought I would put it on the image in the banner (aligned bottom left).

I will also want to hide the “uncategorized” category.

In fact, your “Products” component can do the job, because it works with Ajax loading, but it is impossible to align correctly button “add to card”, for example…

And you can’t manage the button aspect, you can’t change the number max of caracters of the title…

    Hello!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. My name is Muhammad.

I see the screenshot and buttons are not aligned and it is due to the length of the title and we can fix it with the css code but I do not see the buttons on the shop page, Can you please tell me if you are not using them anymore?

    1) It would be nice if your component could handle the number of characters in the title and the font size. It would be necessary to be able to align at least the buttons “Add to cart”.

    2) In the attached screens, I will want to align the filters correctly (basic component of WooCommerce).

    3) I would like to display the breadcrumb trail on the banner or at least at the top of the page. Currently, it is not working.

    4) I created an Elementor Pro template to display specific articles (essential oils, gemmotherapy, food supplements, for example). How do I get the right products to display on the page depending on what you choose from the menu ? Indeed in the template, if we display a list of products, we set the filter, for example, on “food supplements”. Therefore, if we want to display essential oils, it is food supplements that appear. In the core component of WooCommerce products, it seems to work. The content displayed is dynamic. I can’t do the same here. An “essential oils” page should be based on the template but display essential oils well. I don’t understand how to do that. Of course, I could create one template for each product category…

    Hello,

    1) Check the products of the complements-alimentaires category now. I added custom code to align titles.
    2) I have added custom code to fix the filters area on the diffuseurs category that uses Elementor template. Check it.
    3) Go to Pages > edit shop page > enable breadcrumbs, because they are disabled https://prnt.sc/1050mdr
    4) I think you need to contact Elementor Pro plugin support if you have questions about their templates. We are able to help you only with our theme settings.
    5) To remove the Uncategorised category move all the products from that category to any other, set another category as the default https://prnt.sc/1050s7r and then you’ll be able to remove it.

    Regards

Hi Olga. I see change in theme custom CSS.

You are VERY talented. Thank you very much. I love you ! 🙂

    1) OK perfect. I see code : .jet-woo-product-title { line-height: 2.5ex; min-height: 5ex; }
    2) Also
    3) OK I didn’t see that ! very well. There are configuration options everywhere in WordPress, difficult to see everything because everything is not grouped in the same place.
    4) I understand, it is the part of Elementor.
    5) Yes it is also a solution !

    Case closed. Best regards.
