Hi,

When trying to load shop from theme options it does not load and only shows some menu options, this was a fresh install so i have not done any changes

Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Thank you it seems to work now, can you tell me what you did please because i have already done work and I had to reset to test but now that it can be fixed i can restore my website?

Hello,

I saw that you don’t have any content and imported theme options to start and problem disappeared. If you had that with your custom options could you, please, restore the backup of your site and then reply back. We’ll check the options you have.

How did you import theme options so that i can do that when i restore the backup?

Hello,

XStore > Import demos > I chose default demo import > then just skip all the steps till the demo content import > uncheck the full import of content and check only theme options https://gyazo.com/e2242cffe5b1516bc23070d3e903f2a1

HI,

This is not working I’m not sure how you did that but even though it fixed that issue it broke pages from refreshing when updated with changes endless you cleared browser history. I tried with importing full demo and that didnt work either but ideally i dont want that please. So I have re-installed it and did the method you said and now it does not work again. I have now done another fresh install and nothing else incase that helps you better – I really need help here, please?

Hello,

Do you have a backup with some your data or you want to use the theme with fresh installation? Because WooCommerce area works fine once I try the mentioned import. Check by yourself.

Fresh install, and it works because when you installed woocommerce the default pages such as shop have not installed, now that i have it does not work, please check now and the header is not correct either now did you install two different demo settings?

HI, so I did again a fresh install with one woocommerce product and imported a theme option and still does not work the issue is when the woocommerce default pages are installed and they need to be in order to customise the shop page but it gets broken. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hello,

I found that issue caused by permalinks settings. Use Post name instead of the Plain type https://prnt.sc/10m7tux and then everything works ok.
