Shop and Single Product Page completely changed format

Hello,

Please assist me.
Yesterday afternoon, something very odd happened. My Shop page suddenly switched back to the imported shop page and cleared everything I had done on it and my Single Product pages have completely changed their format from what they were.

Why would this have happened, when I didnt change any of the settings on these pages?

Hello,

This is definitely not a hosting problem, this happened after I granted admin access to your team to the backend to help me with an issues, next minute my shop and single product pages have completely changed.

This is a theme issue, because I can no longer edit the shop and single product pages with Elementor either.

I request that you check what could be causing this asap

Hello,

Clearing the cache seems to have helped with the shop page, however the single product page is still broken and I still cant edit it with Elementor.

Regarding the single product page, we have noticed that there is no template available in the Single Product Builder via Elementor, as shown in the following screenshot – https://prnt.sc/GyxbjhkzaHtj
If a template was previously present but is no longer visible, it is possible that it was manually deleted. We would like to emphasize that this action was not performed by us. Alternatively, it is also possible that Elementor was never used for the single product layout, and instead, the settings in **Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder** were utilized. We kindly request you to review this matter and confirm.

Additionally, please be aware that some hosting providers offer regular backups for their customers, which can be useful for maintaining your site’s data integrity.

Hello,

Thank you very much.
There definitely was a template, because I did a full demo import of the Electronic Minimalistic demo as a base to start.

Please advise/assist me in getting the template reloaded and get it back to how it was before, as I cannot seem to get it right.
