Shipping religions setting is not apply to the checkout page

Question 1:
I was not set alaska and hawaii, AA, AP, AE as the shipping religions in woocommerce setting, but the checkout page, [States] selection have them.
I remove the W3 plugin, but still no work.

Question 2:
the checkout page, the email input area, the text content is not in center. The country/religion and United States are mixed.

1/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
If this situation is independent of the activated theme, you need to contact WooCommerce support.

2/ We’ve added the next custom CSS code:
```
form #billing_country_field.et-advanced-label label[for],
form #shipping_country_field.et-advanced-label label[for]{
    position: static;
    margin: 0;
}
```
please clear the cache and check now.
