Shipping rates - by Stephan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I’m trying to set the tarife for shipping in woocomerce. For example, I have now set Switzerland to a higher amount than the rest of the countries , but at the checkout wen i choose Switzerland he still charges the lower rate that is set for the other countries ,instead of the higher rate for Switzerland.

    Do you have this problem with the default WC theme activated on your site (Storefront)?

    yes indeed , i set it at the backend but if i try to place an (test) order it doesnt set the right shipping cost.

    In this case, the problem is independent of the theme.
    If your settings are correct – https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/ , contact the support of WooCommerce plugin to get help.
