Hi XStore team,
I’m having two related issues with the checkout layout and shipping display in XStore.
1️⃣ Shipping methods not visible initially
When a customer first opens the checkout page, the “Shipping Methods” step and section are completely missing.
They only appear after I fill in all billing fields, click “Basket” and then return to checkout again.
See the first two screenshots for reference (“1” vs. “2”).
2️⃣ Shipping fee missing from “Your Order” summary
Even when the shipping method is correctly calculated, the fee itself does not appear inside the “Your Order” summary box.
The total includes shipping, but there’s no separate line between “Subtotal (I ALT)” and “Total (TOTAL)”.
This makes the order total confusing and potentially misleading for customers (see attached screenshot).
I’ve verified that shipping is enabled and correctly configured in WooCommerce.
It seems the checkout template or AJAX update logic in XStore prevents shipping data from being shown until the customer refreshes or revisits the checkout.
Could you please help clarify:
How to make shipping methods visible immediately on checkout load?
How to properly show the shipping fee line inside “Your Order”, between subtotal and total?
