Greetings I have a problem when checkout shipping is always free. I have already configured the cost of a flat rate, local delivery and international delivery but event so it indicates at the checkout that it is free and does not change the fee.

is show like this

Flat Rate (Free)

International Delivery (Free)

Local Delivery (Free)

This issue persists with default wordpress theme too.
So we recommend you to contact Woocommerce support team for the solution.
