Shipping address not showing on 'shipping address' checkout page

    Hi,

    When going through the steps to checkout, the page after billing address is shipping address. At the moment the current shipping address is not displaying. Customers have the option to tick the ‘ship to a different address’ box and enter a new shipping address but the default address doesn’t show.

    I have my shipping zone set to Australia with the shipping method as flat rate. I have tried using all three of the available shipping destination options under the shipping options tab, but none of these options resulted in the default shipping address displaying.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Hello,

    If shipping address is the same as billing address you don’t need to tick “Ship to different address”. Also you can set shipping destination to “Default to customer billing address” in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options.

    Is there a way that the shipping address will display on the ‘shipping address’ page so that customers can see what their shipping address? Even if it is the same as their billing address?
