Shipping Address checkbox not showing - by Swapnali

    Hello,

    My checkout page do not show shipping address checkbox. My shipping destination is default to shipping address. Please guide.

    Hello,

    Please find credentials for wp admin.

    Also checkout page billing address validation is not proper. If I do not enter required fields it takes me on next page. It only shows error on main page then i need to go back again.

    Also please check my single product info box is not shown properly. It does not load in tab style. It shows below tab box in just normal text.

    Hello,

    You didn’t enable shipping in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Calculations > Enable shipping. I’ve enabled it and now “Ship to a different address?” checkbox is shown. Clear browser cache and check.

    Also checkout page billing address validation is not proper. If I do not enter required fields it takes me on next page.

    As you’re using “Step by step” checkout option, the error message is shown only when you try to place order.

    Also please check my single product info box is not shown properly. It does not load in tab style. It shows below tab box in just normal text.

    The reason is you added additional information block to a product http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0312/h_1457778030_7112074_09e0543cbe.png and that block is shown under tabs . As I see that text is already added to your custom tab “CARE INSTRUCTION”, so you can remove that block under the tabs.

    Hello,

    Shipping & Step By Step problem solved. Thanks alot.

    I want to show additional block for some products as size instruction, how can I do that. Can you please do it for one product & show me, as I have tried putting it, but it loads out of tab. http://kajewellery.com/product/evil-eye-studs/

    Also in admin it shows “Your theme (LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    Please let me know exactly what to do.

    Hello,

    You need add custom tab for your product, write needed content in the product editor http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0322/h_1458659039_7128032_5580a91db7.png and it will be shown within the tabs.

    You shouldn’t worry about the notices. They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
    So you can hide this message or you can fix it by editing the files in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory and change the version to the current Woocommerce version that you’re using.

    Hello @roosites,

    You need add Shipping Method for your Shipping Zone in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones > select your zone and add shipping method http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0819/h_1471606839_9192668_9aaff10cae.png .
