  The social media buttons work correctly on my blog. hWhen you click on the share button it shares the post name and link.

  However, on the front page of my site, I want the social media buttons to link to my social media pages and instead they are acting as share buttons.

  How do I fix this?

  Hello,

  In this case you have to use some plugin to write your social pages links.

  Hello,

  Social media buttons on Blog page and on home page use the same shortcode and if you edit its code the buttons’ functionality will be changed on blog too.
  So to keep share buttons on blog and use different functionality on home page you have to search for some social media plugin and add its code with your links on home page.
