Severe server load caused by XStore Core on pepedeals.com

Hello Support Team,

My website, pepedeals.com, becomes extremely slow and intermittently returns ERR_TIMED_OUT whenever XStore Core is activated.

I tested all plugins individually. With every plugin disabled, the website loads quickly. The issue returns specifically after activating XStore Core. After disabling XStore Core, the website immediately becomes responsive again.

The server load reached 11.44 on a 6-CPU server while the issue was occurring. Memory, swap and disk usage remained normal.

I have updated the XStore parent theme, installed a fresh compatible copy of XStore Core, cleared all caches and applied available patches, but the issue persists.

Please investigate excessive PHP, database or admin-ajax requests generated by XStore Core and provide a patch or corrected plugin version.

We have less plugins & using compressed version of images. all total page consist of 1.5MB of images. Still having this issue. Kindly help us please.

Thank you for providing access. We have enabled additional caches for you (for the menu, static blocks, search results, and product filtering results). Additionally, we have enabled and configured lazy loading for images, which should reduce server load and speed up frontend loading. Hi Team,

We have updated the website to PHP 8.3, but the website is still experiencing slow performance, and the connection occasionally gets lost.

To troubleshoot the issue, we temporarily switched the website to a basic default theme, and under that theme the website worked smoothly without any performance or connectivity issues.

This indicates that the issue may be related to the current theme or its compatibility/configuration.

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and help us identify and resolve the issue. Please let us know if you require any additional information from our end.
