Several options not working in my account

Hello,

I have problems in my website with my account page, wen i try to change the password or try to change the adress nothing happens…I think it should be working, please let me know how to fix this problem.

Hello @filiphdan

Please provide us with wp-admin credentials to your site.
You may also check following options in your backend admin panel as settings->registration->anyone can register and woocommerce->settings->clients registration. The flags should be set to allow registration on site for “my-account” page.

Ok, i think i have those settings already active, the users can register without problem, but wen you go to the myaccount if you want to change adress or change password, it will not work, it seems it just refresh the page…

Hello,

It’s because you have the space http://prntscr.com/fdsysb
Once I have added – instead of space and changed capital letters everything works fine. Check, please.
