  Hi there,
  I am trying throught the theme options to set the color background of the menu, with no success.
  Any idea?

  Hello,

  Menu background is available for different header types where menu is under the header.
  In your case you can change background color for header using this css code:

  .navbar {
     background-color: #a5cd39;
  }
