    Hi

I am running IDStore on http://www.miximals.com

I set the number of products per row to 3. It’s unclear to me how to set up the default number of images that show up on the shop home or any category page.

It seems to be defaulting to 10 which looks wonky — you end up with 3 rows of 3 and and 1 row of 1 and then arrows to page forward. I would like it to show 4 rows of 3 and then arrows for navigating forward.

Here’s a sample page: http://miximals.com/shop/ (notice how there is 1 product image on the last row vs. 3)

    Let me know and thanks!
    Kimberly

    Hello,

Navigate to Dashboard->Settings->Reading->Blog pages show at most-> and set 12.

    Hello,

You can select 4 products per row in Theme Options > Products Page Layout. Have you tried to use 4 items?

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,

I still have the same problem if I set it to 4 products per row. I end up with 3 rows with the following product layout:
    row 1 – 4 products
    row 2 – 4 products
    row 3 – 2 products
    then arrows to page forward

The page defaults to 10 products visible. Which means the bottom row doesn’t fill out completely. It looks like it broken, because there should be 2 more products showing on that page and then arrows forward. Make sense?

I just want all rows to have the same number of products visible and then the forward arrows for navigation. Please let me know how to proceed.

    Thanks,
    Kimberly

    Hi Robert,

I navigated to the page you noted and updated blog posts to 12 and the problem on the shop home still persists. It’s only showing 10 prior with an uneven number of products on the bottom row and then paging and arrow navigation.

It seems like there is another variable that needs to be updated somewhere?

    Let me know your thoughts…

    Thanks,
    Kimberly

PS: I’d also like to control the order that the products appear on the shop home and category home pages. Right now it’s unclear to me what the default setting is or how I can change it.

Thanks a bunch for all your help!

    Hello,

Please check the Shop page now.
I’ve changed the number of products per page to 12 in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Products per page.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Great – thanks that fixed it. Looks like I can also control default sort order there as well. I will give it a go and circle back if i have questions. As always thanks so much for your help!!
