Topic: Set Product Image Biutton No longer Function

For the last few months I’ve had an issue with Add Product/ Edit Product pages on my site whereby the set Product Image, Product Gallery and Product Video in the dashboard does not function at all.

I have tested plug in conflicts, java script conflicts, browser tests, cache issue etc.

Please advise on a solution for this.

Additional Info: The Set Product Image button does function when creating a new tab in the browser but the Gallery and Video do not work.

Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
If this situation is independent of the activated theme, you need to contact WooCommerce support.
