    Hello again,

I’d like to set the number of subcategories per row in my shop to 5. Currently it’s 3.

I’m able to set the number of products per row in the Theme Options, but I don’t see a way to select the number of subcategories to show.

    Thanks for the support!

    Hello,

Default setting in out theme is three Products per row for subcategories. You can do this by editing CSS style. If you want, we can do that, but this is a paid service.

Can you at least tell me where this code is located so I can have a look?

This code is in style.css file. But to make changes you need add code in custom.css file.

Here is a video tutorial how to create custom.css: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qok2zRedRMY&feature=youtu.be.

Thanks Robert. I actually know how to add custom CSS. I’ve done it multiple times with the support you’ve already provided.

I would like to know where, specifically, in the style sheet is the code that says that there should be 3 subcategories per row. This is what I would like to check out.

Sorry if I was unclear before.

Sorry, but as I’ve already said to you this is a paid service. It requires a lot modifications in the code to have subcategories displayed correctly.
If you agree with the payment please create a ticket http://support.8theme.com/ and our specilaists will assist you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Robert, all I ask for is the location in the stylesheet so I can check it out myself. How is that too much to ask? You could have answered that question by now.

Can you please tell me the line at which the code for this starts? This is not a major request and should not be that difficult to provide.

Sorry, but it requires to change not only the code that is written in style.css file, but to use additional code that isn’t in this file. So as I told you a lot of additional code needs to be written, that’s why it’s a paid customization.

Please take our apologies for inconveniences.
    Thank you.

    Robert Hall.

Ok, I understand, but I’d still like to at least see where this code is located.

Can you let me know why I’m able to select the number of products per row, but the theme doesn’t provide a way to change the number of subcategories per row?

Also, as a side note. When the number of products per row is set to 6, it breaks and causes the number of products to go to 3.

You can find code on line 7139 in style.css file.
But we recommend you to make changes in custom.css file.
