Set number of related post columns - by Royalty

Hello,
the related posts slider in single post page has 3 columns on large devices, 2 columns on medium devices and 1 column on small devices. I’d like to customize the number of columns but cant figure out which template I have to edit. Could you please help me? Many thanks and kind regards!

Hello,

You can edit etheme_create_posts_slider function (royal/framework/theme-functions.php) via functions.php of your child-theme.
