Firstly, your folder that contains themes was named as “theme” but should be “themes” (we’ve renamed). We’ve temporary renamed royal theme folder, that activated a default theme on your site, but have not solved the problem. This means that the issue doesn’t relate to the theme. If rename plugins folder https://prnt.sc/jzi9qf the admin panel get work. You need to contact server admin and ask to check all your files.
