Server Requirements – Uploads Folder not writable???

Hello, I purchased a new license for the Xstore for a new client and I want to install the demo content on GoDaddy’s Deluxe Managed WordPress hosting. However I am getting errors from Xstore telling me that the “../Uploads folder:” is not writable??? I have changed the permissions, it is writable, I have called Godaddy and they see it as writable. I have used this theme before on GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress hosting with no issues, but this time its one issue after another. Can you please help me getting the demo content installed? I am trying to get the “Mobile Apps” demo installed.

Hello,

Uploads folder is not writable because we can’t even upload any media https://prnt.sc/xgmnuj using default WP media uploader. So, contact your hosting provider to fix that. We can’t edit server settings.
