    Hello,

When exactly do you get that error?
Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site? Could you, please, ask your hosting provider about server error logs and share it with us.

    Regards

    Hello,

You did not provide link to your cPanel, so I can’t check it. The backend log does not have mentioned errors http://prntscr.com/uxnx9j

Can you then explain why the site keeps on returning 500 internal error, while the other sites on the same cpanel are okay and never returned such an error?

    It must be your theme………..??????!!!!!

    Hello,

We checked your error log and error was caused by the third-party plugin http://prntscr.com/v8p5ep
Do you have any error logs that display that our theme or core plugin causes the error?

    Regards
