    Hello,

Such things should be changed from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask for help – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

Contact your hosting provider and request the limits be increased to the following minimums – https://prnt.sc/yniy9s
Once the Memory limit and Max execution time will be increased from the server side, click on Check again here – https://prnt.sc/ynj3t3

    Hello,

Check the parameters using phpinfo https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-create-phpinfo-file
Maybe master value is ok but the local value is limited. Because if WooCommerce plugin also detects the low limit then something is with the server settings.

    Hello,

No, follow the instructions mentioned here https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-create-phpinfo-file and provide us with screenshot of the phpifo. Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Hello,

XMAG API plugin caused that issue. Once we disable plugin correct limits are there. Probably plugin authors reset the limits. Contact plugin support to sort out why they do this.
Our theme is not the reason of the issue.
