It does not work.

Please, provide us with link to your Dashboard, correct WP Dashboard and correct FTP access to your site. Also, provide us with server error logs.

Hello,

1) WP Dashboard user has limited permissions and I don’t have access to Theme Options https://prnt.sc/zv5o6g Change the user permissions.

2) FTP does not work. Provide us with the correct FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.

3) What about server error logs? It should explain to us what is the reason of the 500 error.

Hello,

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the Response body limit. You can’t access to Theme Options because of this error:
“ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of 1048576, total not specified)”
