After I click Update, I receive the following message:

    Hi @Alzain,

We only have the WP Admin account for now.

Could you please provide temporary cPanel account or FTP access?

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear Alzain,

We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for providing us with the FTP account details.

We have encountered an issue with your website, as detailed in the error logs below:

[07-May-2024 08:27:32 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 729088 bytes) in /home/u201213174/domains/alzaincity.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2320
[07-May-2024 08:29:36 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 733184 bytes) in /home/u201213174/domains/alzaincity.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2320
[07-May-2024 08:33:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2147483648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 733184 bytes) in /home/u201213174/domains/alzaincity.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2320

In an attempt to resolve this, we increased the WordPress Memory Limit to 1024MB by adding the following code to the wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '1024M');

Unfortunately, this adjustment has not taken effect. Could you please contact your hosting provider to address this issue? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello

    I contacted hosting support
They tried to solve the problem for 3 consecutive days, but they were unable to solve the problem. They said that the problem was from the X-Store template…

In the end, I created a new page (the home page). I will delete the previous home page.

Is there a problem if I delete the previous home page?

    Hi @Alzain,

It would be fine if you’ve already set the new home page under Settings > Reading option:
