Serve scaled images in related product - by manjii

Hi,

when i test product page speed in gtmetrix, i got Serve scaled images msg saying some images need to re-scale, but those image are from related product, and im not sure how to solves that issue and if i deactivate the related product i found out it took almost 50% of the page loading time if the related are enable.

In your case, the thumbnail width can be set – 201px. Once you change settings as described in the docs, regenerate thumbnails, clear cache, test the page one more time.

Hi,

after i set the size and in dashboard woocommerce show msg
“Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while.” https://prntscr.com/sa0tej

Should i download the Regenerate thumbnail plugin to generate the thumbnail again?

You can wait, or run the regeneration via the mentioned plugin that will be faster.
