    Hi,
Since the WooCommerce update yesterday, we’ve been experiencing severe performance issues that are making it impossible to work. For example, when clicking on “Orders”, it now takes around 25 seconds to load, whereas normally it takes no more than 2–3 seconds.
Please look into this urgently, as we’re currently unable to manage orders in our xstore.
    Regards,
    Peter

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Have you cleared the cache after the update?

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

I have no idea what’s going on. I haven’t made any changes in the browser. The issue occurs in both Chrome and Firefox. Any idea what I could change to make it work? Thanks again for your help.

The problem is only with woocommerce “zamowienia”. When I click for example “products” – they open fast. But only when I click “zamowienia” – they open very, very slow. So it cannot be connected with the browser but with woocommerce

I found it. The number of orders shown per page after update was 300, that is why you saw it was fast. I changed it for 30 and now it opens fast.
I have one more topic bu t I will open new.
    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

We’re glad to hear that you were able to identify the cause of the issue and resolve it by adjusting the number of orders displayed per page. Setting it to 30 is indeed a good choice for optimal performance.
