Separate Static Block on each Product Page

Is it possible with the Product Builder to have a separate Static Block assigned to different Products?
Without Product Builder, when you scroll to bottom of Product Image when editing a Product it gives you an option to add a Static Block which appears under that Product, however when Product Builder is enabled the Static Block does not appear under the product?
