    Hello i hired someone to configure the yoast plugin and the meta stuff related to the plugin and some of the pages can’t be fetched via facebook correct. The developer found some code already integraded in the theme that conflicts with yoast. Can you please help us resolve the problem?

    Please see attached on how to resolve the error and how to keep it resolved on new updates. It’s not only one page it’s many.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    You need to edit the file wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php and comment the lines 1335-1339:

    echo '<meta property="og:title" content="' . get_the_title() . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:type" content="article"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:description" content="' . $description . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:url" content="' . get_permalink() . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:site_name" content="'. get_bloginfo('name') .'"/>';

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront too. Activate it in Appearance > Themes and check yourself.
    You need contact Yoast Seo plugin developers regarding your query.
