Select an option in a variable product added

When I select an option in a variable product added to a single product page, I get a drop-down list. Is there a way to select the option as a small image instead? I have attached a screenshot of how it looks and how I want it. Please help.

Thanks for providing a video link.
I did everything accordingly. I got what I wanted.
But the image icon is too small. As shown in the screenshot, I have selected the size as Large. But it is too small for me. Can’t I make it bigger? please help me
