Seem to be lost to change the text ‘related products’

    Hi – a dumb question: but I don’t seem to find to change the ‘Related products’ text on the product page. Any thoughts on this? I use Loco Translate and I just can’t find it.

    Hello @martijntje,

    Thank you for your question. You can change the “Related products” text using the Loco Translate plugin by locating the correct theme or plugin translation file. Please make sure you are editing the translation file for the active theme (for example, XStore or your child theme). Then, search for the “Related products” string and update it with your preferred text. After saving the translation, clear your site and browser cache to see the changes.

    If you still cannot find the string, please let us know which theme version you are using and provide us temporary wp-admin access, and we will guide you further.

    Hi,

    Tnx for your reply. The changes made via Loco don’t seem to be having any effect. Also the texts in the shopping cart (like Shopping Cart, Checkout, SKU, Subtotal) don’t seem to change when I add other terms (in dutch) to it.

    Any thoughts on this?

    Could you please also provide temporary FTP access? We need to check the location and configuration of your translations.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello,

    The issue was caused by the incorrect naming of the translation files.
    We looked at the name for Woocommerce plugin translation on your site and renamed the translations of the theme and the Core plugin accordingly.
