On page http://www.laatusuklaa.fi/suklaatasting/#tasting-tarjous there seems to be the following error instead of the Ninja Form that should be there:

    [ADMIN NOTICE] Form Rendering Error
    Source: http://www.laatusuklaa.fi/wp-content/themes/Royal_Theme-v2.8/js/plugins.js
    SecurityError: The operation is insecure.

I don’t know when the form has stopped working and the error appeared.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please, update the theme to the latest version 2.9.
Also, try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check after that.
In the case it won’t work, please, provide FTP access in Private Content area.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Hello,

Before theme update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Just wanted to let you know that the latest theme update broke my site totally (only blank page shown), but I got it recovered by reverting back to old theme.

My original problem in this thread was solved long ago by some other update. I’ve never updated my theme and after this experience I’m not likely to do so in the near future.

WooCommerce update 3.0 also broke my site yesterday.

Kids, just say NO (to updates).

    Hello,

You can update to new theme version, which is compatible with WC 3.0.
You need to log in to ThemeForest account with your Envato credentials and find new theme archive in Downloads section.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
