  Hello,

  1- When my user resets his password, he has to create a new password with letters, symbols, numbers… He doesn’t choose the password he wants. Can I remove this “security level”?
  2 – I don’t have this security level when my user creates his account for the first time. At this step, he can choose his password without obligations. Why?

  Password reset option is related to Woocommerce configuration.
  You have to contact their support team regarding this issue.
