    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am using WordPress version 6.9.1 and XStore theme version 9.7.

I am currently facing multiple issues on my website. Kindly review the following:

    Website Responsiveness
The website does not appear fully optimized for mobile and desktop devices. Some layout sections and elements are not properly aligned across screen sizes.

Product Card – Quantity Selector Missing
On the shop page, after clicking “Add to Cart,” there is no quantity (+/-) option available on the product card. Customers cannot adjust the quantity directly from the listing page.

Checkout Page – Mobile Number Field Optional
On the checkout page, the phone number field is showing as optional. For delivery purposes, this field must be mandatory.
Please advise how to make the mobile number field required, or confirm if this is controlled by theme settings.

Additionally, I had earlier noticed missing security headers in a scan. Kindly confirm whether XStore modifies HTTP security headers or if this must be configured at the server level.

Please guide me with the correct configuration steps to resolve these issues.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Hello, Sumit,

Regarding the security protocol (HTTP, HTTPS), it is necessary to configure it at the server level. An active SSL certificate must also be in place.

We also recommend installing the plugin Really Simple Security – Simple and Performant Security (formerly Really Simple SSL)

    Best regards,

    Hello @Sumit,

    1. Please note that the default content imported with the demo is fully optimized and properly configured for responsiveness. However, since you have implemented custom modifications to your content, you will need to adjust the sections accordingly. As stated in our support policy, we are not responsible for custom changes made by customers on their websites. We recommend reviewing the Elementor tutorials on creating responsive sections: https://elementor.com/help/mobile-editing/.

    2. We noticed a broken structure on your Shop page: https://gyazo.com/5a491da9b4a885ceee275a88de0a8dfa. This issue occurred because the page content was modified directly in Elementor, which is not possible for archive pages. Such pages can only be edited using the XStore Builders functionality or other plugins that support archive content modification. We have already resolved this issue.

Since you are using the Elementor plugin, we suggest using the Archive Products builder and enabling the following option in your Archive Products widget: https://prnt.sc/jvS6VjJmZ5lJ. Alternatively, you can keep the default Shop page layout and ensure the following option remains active: https://prnt.sc/qgEB-Ls6cnrU (we have already activated it on your website). You can view the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/3ueRhW4VivUm.

    3. As your Checkout page content is based on Gutenberg, you need to configure the settings in the Checkout editor: https://prnt.sc/dDziqEyzqgMJ. Alternatively, you can remove the current content on the Checkout page and use the default shortcode “[woocommerce_checkout]“, with settings managed in Customizer → WooCommerce → Checkout. Please note that showing or hiding certain fields on the Checkout page is controlled by WooCommerce plugin settings, not by our theme. For assistance with configuring Checkout form fields, please contact WooCommerce support: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
