  Hey,

  1) Can you possibly help me to add the following sections? I just can not get it right ..
  
  Its the contact-form of the gym-theme.

  
  and also the footer of the gym-theme.

  2) Can you tell me how to translate the “Type here …”?
  

  3) Right and left of the footer is a white border. I have no idea where it comes from and sometimes the google map is not displayed correctly:
