  Hi,

  A customer reached out to me to let me know that they couldn’t use the search bar on our website. I tested the search bar myself and each time I try to search for a product I get a 404 Error:

  404 – Not Found
  The page you are trying to access does not exist.
  If this error persists, please contact the website webmaster.

  I installed a search plugin to see if that would fix the issue but I still got the same behaviour. I’ve since deactivated that plugin as it didn’t work.

  Can you please advise me what I need to do to rectify this issue.

  Hello,

  Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail and find out if the issue is related to our theme or server settings.
