    Hello team,

After updating to all latest versions I have this issue: on search bar searching by attribute works perfectly, but not the same happens for Filters.
All legacy filters return none result, and the Filter By Attribute addon doesn’t show up at all.

Please check the private area also to get an insight and access.

    Thanks a lot.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Just wanted to add a conclusion I just made, both filters (8theme & WooCommerce) work for new added products, and newly updated, from now on I mean.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I can’t log in to your Dashboard to check https://gyazo.com/b4f00f6c4765cfa88be211b8da714286
Could you try to use the bulk edit and update products you have? I suppose that your issue could be related to WooCommerce changes and it requires just to update the information of the product in the DB. So, once you update the product it would update information in DB.

    Regards

    Hello,

I was able to log in. I see that you have notification from WooCommerce that DB update is required https://gyazo.com/c43f4c5ef005b274a8d8b11c835d04b7
I pressed the button to start update. Check the filter once DB update will be finished.

Hello, thanks for your immediate responce.

The DB was updated but still the filter is not showing any products unless those I updated today.

Was that the only way to correct it?

Also tried bulk edit but it doesn’t work as well.
I have to edit individually every product to make the filter work for it. And I have almost 1500 products so, could you please help with something different please?

    Hello,

Could you try if the filter by attributes widget works fine for you if you enable the Storefront theme?

    Regards

    Hello,
I tried but can’t really say, because when Storefront was enabled the filters were missing from the sidebar.

    Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets > add Filter by attributes widget to your sidebar and check.

    Hello,

If the filter by attributes widget does not work even with the Storefront theme then contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
We are able to help in case issue appears with our theme only because of theme code. In case default WooCommerce features do not work with the default theme then WooCommerce support needs to take a look at this.

    Regards
