Search bar show the products that I search but the page brings no results or always the same product

Hi there,

When i search for a product on search bar on menu , it brings the proper product results in cascate but when i press the search button the page brings no results or brings always the same product page.

Make a search with for example the word “balança”, it will show in cascate the correct products, but if you clic on the search button it will open a page with a product that its not the correct.

If the problem persists, kindly provide FTP access so we can investigate further.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
