Scrolling to Product description after click on the product Url on Mobile

Whenever I try on the product URL on mobile, it should directly open the page but scroll down to the product description and then we have to scroll to the top to see the pictures of the products.

This is the mobile issue only not desktop.

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If this behavior is not caused by a plugin, please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.
