Scrolling down the website, how to show various sections/animations?

Hello there,

we have added some domains on the PCA;

1) when you scroll the website, it shows clickable “dots” on the right side and it highlights when specific section is on that specific “dot”
is there anyway to replicate this or do you know what this would be called?

2) when you scroll down the website, it appears to be showing various animations as you keep on scrolling through the website home page.
is there anyway to replicate this as well or do you know what this feature would be called?

we are using Elementor as the website builder

1/ There is no such feature in our theme, but we would recommend you contact Elementor plugin support.
